Since 2020, I’ve developed my skills as a researcher, working with amazing brands to deliver strategic, insight-led work. I love uncovering what matters to consumers – and helping businesses turn those findings into real opportunities for growth.

HIGHLIGHTS
There have been so many rewarding moments, but a few really stood out.
Being nominated Young Researcher of the Year by The Research Society and receiving a Highly Commended award was such an unexpected honour.
Another highlight was presenting a case study in front of over 200 colleagues at our annual offsite in Queenstown, New Zealand – nerve-wracking, but so memorable.
And seeing my work showcased at the 2024 Customer Show Next Generation CX Conference was definitely another surreal moment for me.
MY GRADUATE
EXPERIENCE
My graduate experience was hectic – but in the best way! While I was still at uni, I completed an internship at Fiftyfive5 that gave me a real sense of what working life was like. That turned into a casual role, which eventually became a full-time graduate position.
The whole time, I was lucky enough to be surrounded by incredible mentors who made each transition so seamless.
From day one, I was hands-on and learning on the job. It might sound daunting, but honestly, there’s no better way to grow. I learned so much so quickly, and it gave me the confidence to keep pushing myself.
A WORD OF
ADVICE
Be curious. Even if you feel like you’re asking too many questions, ask them anyway. It’s how you grow.
Also, don’t underestimate the power of simply sitting at the lunch table. That’s where some of the best conversations and connections happen – and where a lot of opportunities begin.
Most importantly, believe in yourself. It’s so easy to feel like you don’t know enough, but you’re more capable than you think. Trust that you deserve to be where you are.
