Taking on diverse roles helps you build transferable skills, particularly in areas like relationship building and leadership. These can often be the hardest skills to develop, yet they’re also some of the most valuable.
Every experience adds something important to your journey, and your career doesn’t need to follow a neat linear path to be successful.
