OUR GRADUATE PROGRAM
RMIT doesn’t have a one-size-fits-all graduate program. Opportunities depend on the role and pathway you’re interested in.
An academic career typically begins with an Associate Lecturer position. This usually requires completion (or near completion) of a PhD plus relevant professional or industry experience.
Early roles focus on developing teaching skills, delivering courses and contributing to research projects – all designed to support your career development.
